得了犬瘟，而醫生診斷只有20％的存活機會，剛開始的症狀是後肢無力，那如果狗痊癒的話，是不是會發生永久性的神經系統傷害，那多數是以哪種居多呢？

The fatality of canine distemper is very high. It can reach 90 % or up. There is no special medicine to cure this disease only keep the patients on supportive treatment until the patients produce their own antibody to get rid of the virus. Most of time the pup will pass away before antibody produced. For some dogs survived from this disease, most of them have certain degree of nervous damage and will have neurological sign for rest of their life.
The clinical signs for canine distemper is very similar to upper respiratory disease in the beginning. The neuro sign will start to show in 1-2 weeks later. There is another sign for us to diagnose distemper is "hard pad". Of course you can't use hard pad only to make your diagnosis.
