甲狀線低下

6.病史： 2007年7月之前，平均每年2次嚴重的皮膚病，2007年8月子宮蓄膿
7.發病經過、症狀：很安靜、不吵鬧、嗜睡(一整天都在睡)、不愛運動(帶去運動要我拖著才願意小跑步 )、2008年5月量體重是15公斤，當時吃希爾斯每日約200公克；8月後改食歐奇斯每日103~110公克，但上週的體重是17公斤、尾巴二側嚴重脫毛、身上到處有像頭皮屑斑剝的現象，但脫皮處沒有潰爛、毛髮沒有光澤、怕冷~冬天睡覺時會窩成一球，沒有蓋被子或穿衣服睡會一直顫抖
8.醫師的診斷： 2008年12月5日經台大醫師判斷可能有甲狀線低下，當場量心跳76下。經抽血檢驗T4數值~低於0.3
9.醫師的治療方式： 先電話通知檢驗報告，建議回院先服用低劑量用藥

去年12月拍的，脖子上看不到皮膚的黑點點，不知是不是毛比較密

今年11月初拍的，脖子上有明顯的黑點點，感覺上毛稀疏了

ps.米妮目前的飲食：歐奇斯早53~60克，晚50克，有時會加生菜或蘋果。每日早晚各一顆DVM魚油。
零食則是每日一種替換著吃：5公克鹿肝，一節手指頭大的牛香腸，一條牛肋排，一塊牛脖，3塊歐奇斯餅干，10片
以內的小薑人餅，一隻牛奶骨，一片羊耳，一條鹿腱，一片鹿耳。
連動：一週5天，每日一次，每次半小時小跑步或快走。她累時就配合她散步。

Hello!

Mini does have very typical signs of hypothyroidism, including lethargy, inactivity, weight gain in spite of eating less, cold intolerance, hair loss and excessive scaling. Thyroid hormone is a very important hormone which controls body metabolism at cellular level. It effects on almost all different kinds of cell and thus effects on almost all body systems. Generally speaking, when there is not enough thyroid hormone, the metabolic rate of all body systems will slow down and thus clinical signs occur. Clinical signs of hypothyroidism are usually gradually progressive and rarely cause critical situation. This is a disease that need long term medication supplementation and of course, periodical blood monitoring to help the doctor adjust the dose of medication as needed. Clinical signs usually improve in couple of weeks to months with the right dose of medication. Try to avoid food that contains more fat because hypothyroidism can sometimes cause high cholesterol and high triglyceride level in blood.
