狗狗拉血又不吃

病況:

不吃飼料約一個星期, 全身有起水泡及小水泡膿包跟很像蚊子

叮的一顆顆小硬塊, 會喝水. 眼睛慢慢有分泌物及一個星期的

拉肚子跟拉血水.

備註:

小狗六個月大, 未注射役苗, 羅威那公狗.

起初以為小狗是因為換飼料及吃羊骨頭所造成, 不過帶去醫院

醫師表示如果肚子有骨頭按肚子狗狗就會不斷的吐. 醫師表示

小狗沒有這個情形, 也檢查小狗的大便並非病毒性腸炎. 後來

的醫師先後又注射消炎針及止血針跟止瀉劑都沒有明顯的好轉

今天是第十天帶去高雄慈愛後就開始眼睛有白白分泌物.

請問可能是什麼情形.

Yes try to rule out Canine distemper first, If not(although I do not think the test can be 100% accurate), try to rule out internal parasites like coccidia, giardia etc. There is still a possibility of viral gastroenteritis(because it can be corona virus or still parvovirus). The other possibility is your dog has poor immune condition and there is bacterial infection all over his body(external and internal).
You have to keep him on supportive treatment until find out the primary cause.
X-ray can rule out some types of foreign bodies if they are radiopaque.
