Hi Doctor,

My momo retched this morning, but she didn't spew anything. This situation had been happened by 4~6 times in the past, but she still was active and ate normally. So, I didn't take her to see a doctor for this symptom.

Since we didn't feed her other special, I want to know if any possibilities for the retch. Thank you so much.

Momo is 1 and 1/3 years and 21.5 kgs now.

Hi:
It could be because the excessive gastric juice causes the irratation. You can either feed you dog right before bed time or give him some antiacid medicine before bedtime to see whether it will help.
By the way, it happened 4-6 time in a week or a month. It is a big difference to me. Please let me know.

Thanks for your reply, we will try the following suggestions and observe. The frequency of regurgitation was around one time per month, but always happened at midnight or in the morning.
