芒果昨天早上靠近屁股的地方突然腫起來

醫生檢查後說是血管破裂
診斷後開了消炎止痛藥給芒果吃
腫脹的大小大約是8公分*8公分大小
腫的高度大約3-5公分

醫生交待絕對不能去按摩也不能熱敷
說吃了藥後約2週左右會消失

感覺醫生說的怪怪的
因為醫生說 就像打針若腫起來也不要去按摩
怎麼都跟我知道的知識不太相同呢?

Did your doctor withdraw some fluid from the swollen lesion or how can he/she know it is hematoma?
For new lesion or active inflammation spot, we do not recommend to apply hot pad or massage it.
For old blood clot lesion, hot pad and proper massage will help the clot to reduce the size.
Proper soft massage immediately after injection is OK. This will help injected liquid to spread out better and reduce local reaction problem, but never over massage.
