Dear Doc,
Could you please take a look at the following 3 X ray pics which belong to my dog, Panda?

he is a 9 month old puppy, weight 25kg
very willing to walk, but walks funny after swimming (usually swim for about 3-4hours, once another week)

Panda did have severe CHD. Please start conservative treatment now to prevent the CHD getting worse quickly. Plaese see the article about conservative treatment in this website. If you have more question, please feel free to ask.

could you please tell me how serious it is ?
I am doing the treatment now, but i will like to know the control level I should take, since he is very good at walking still.

It is very severe. Both femoral heads may become dislocated in the future. I will recommend the most strict principle of conservative treatment on it.
