請教醫生該如何給予治療方法...

牠是一隻車禍造成下半身不能行走的拉拉...
但也是一隻嚴重髖關節而不能跑跳的拉拉...
現在只能用前腳撐起身體坐在地上...
也只能用輪椅來代替牠的後腿行走...

醫生的判斷是...
1.後腿有輕微的神經反應...但只是微弱的反射動作
2.褥瘡附近的肉有輕微壞死...現在的褥瘡己改善許多...
3.大小便有輕微的失禁...受刺激或搬動牠時會大小便...
4.髖關節部份有鈣化現象...
5.不建議開刀...

是否能給予醫療上的建議嗎...
或者該再做些什麼檢查的嗎...
以及我現在該為牠做些什麼嗎...

HI:
The CHD is not the problem now, please don't blame everything wrong to CHD. That is what I am saying the CHD has been over diagnosis. If we know the problem is from neuro damage. I will do the whole spine radiographs to find out the location of the problem(sometimes even need ) I need to see the dog's spine radiographs and perform some neuro tests the dog personally before I can give you more accurate recommendation.

By the x-ray you posted I did notice there is a fracture between the sacrum and first tail bone. By the signs you described I believe there are possible more than one damage on the spinal cord. As Dr. wang said, we need more and detail spinal x-ray to make the diagnosis.
