我家Double受傷了..

因為我家小鬼,被流浪狗吠了之後嚇到衝出來,結果被車撞到了,我們立刻帶她到醫院,先醫生是告訴我們頭骨斷掉了,先是打消炎針還有止內出血的針,於是幫她上了固定架,她要ㄧ個月不能正常走路,可是在隔天發現她腳掌異常的腫大,再帶她回診醫生先把她的固定架拆掉,醫生告訴我們先帶她去照X光,照出來的結果發現左前腳的兩根骨頭都斷了,於是還是要上固定架,因為事隔天才帶她去照X光,不過她的腳掌腫大情形也好轉很多了,醫生開了幫助骨頭生長的藥每天吃ㄧ顆連續吃ㄧ個月,因為我家小鬼才7個月,她現在大小便我都讓他在家前的庭院裡...活動範圍縮很小,我想請問這ㄧ個月裡我們還有應該要注意哪些事嗎?還有請問一升她有需要再吃什麼保健食品嗎? 麻煩醫生了...

醫生固定的方式,只是就用類似壓克力板上下用有彈性的包匝繃帶纏繞,醫生根我說如果怕它裡面太潮溼,可以幫她鬆開可是還是要幫她包紮起來,至於照片我ㄧ直 上傳不上來,不過我有麻煩烏尼媽咪看她能幫我上傳上來嗎~~~
Double受傷的過程是因為,我當時帶他回苗栗,因為要回台南了上車前先讓他上上廁所,可是因為在回苗栗的途中,一時找不到她的玩具,結果他把他自己SM型的項圈給要斷了,結果我沒辦法牽住她,然後在她要上廁所的時候,有一直流浪狗出現,就像Double吠,害她嚇到了往外衝,結果就被車子撞到了,一撞到的時候,她先停住沒動,她就ㄧ直慘叫,當我要過去抱住她的時候,她也跳到路旁邊了,於是我先把她抱住,一值 跟他說話,可是沒多久牠竟然有吐一口血出來,我就要趕緊帶她去醫院,可是怕動到受傷的地方,於是把車開過來,把她抱上車,在路上就ㄧ直一直跟她說話,看她真的很難過到了,連眼睛都快閉上了,到了醫院那,醫生是用觸診的,告訴我說骨頭沒異位還好,醫生說當時的車速應該不是太快,(我回想應該也不是很快因為當時車還有停下來,只是他對方又開走了)醫生就先幫她上碘酒,就打了消炎針,還有止內出血的針,共2針,然後開消炎藥讓她吃,說我們回到台南的時候再讓她吃藥,然後回到台南安置好她,我就讓她吃藥,然後隔天我發現她的腳掌異常的腫大,因為要帶她去打消炎針,我也問了醫生,醫生先把固定的拆掉,說如果骨頭是斷小根的就不用固定,如果是斷大根的才要固定,就要我們先去照x光,照完時發現斷了兩根,(因為照x光是到別的地方照的所以不是同一天處裡完),然後帶著x光回去找醫生的時候,她的佐也消腫很多了,同時也有吃醫生開的消腫藥,然後之前醫生開的要我就把它停掉,只讓她吃消腫的藥,然後醫生就說,她還是要固定,於是就又再把它固定回去,同時醫生也開了一種類似''鯊魚軟骨素''的藥片,幫助骨頭生長,每天固定時間給她吃ㄧ次,醫生跟我們說,注意她喝水的時候,不要讓腳太潮溼,然後我都固定時間讓她喝水,幫她擦嘴巴和地上,然後她的活動空間也縮的很小很小了, 還有一點今天我去請問醫生他開的藥是哪一類的藥物,可是醫生卻告訴我這是他的處方不能說....唉~~~,請問醫生和amy姐,我還有要注意哪些地方嗎?或著我有哪邊敘述的不夠詳細的,可以跟我說,讓我知道!!

What a joke again. Why the owner can't know the medicine their dog eating? I really recommend you have to insist to get the name of medicine. You can tell your doctor if he won't give you the name of medicine and something happens, you are going to sue him for malpractice. I like to let everyone know that there is no secret formula in medical field.
Let go back to the problem of your dog. First ,from the only x-ray I can see, the fracture is on radius and ulna. It is a irregular shape of fracture with the bone alignment is out of position. If the bones can heal by only external fixatin, there is a possibility that the leg will be shorter than the other side in the future. There is another possibility that the fracture bone won't heal properly by external fiation and he might have alking problem in the future. Of course the bone may heal well with this technique if you and your doctor(if he reduced the fracture line back to good position before applying external fixation) can really control the dog's activity during fixation period(2-3 months). Your dog also needs some calcium to help the bone to heal but not too much because of the CHD problem.
The activity control is the most important thing during recovery from any fracture. You have to prevent any jumping and running. You have to make sure there is no infection on the bandage area. You have to make sure the skin and leg under fracture area is still vital.

不好意思....請問醫生因為Double今天我再幫她換固定腳的時候,發現他的腳已經有發炎的狀況了,而且有紅腫,加上他又會ㄧ直往傷口甛,加上她的皮膚也有些問題,因為我決定明天會到高雄吉盈醫院ㄧ趟,還有考慮到如果是打鋼釘在裡面,納外面是不是還是要固定,那狗狗這樣悶濕得情形,是不是越來越嚴重,而且可以ㄧ同治療皮膚的問題嗎?如果不行我是不是明天先帶Double的x光過去找醫生,先向他詳細問診,在跟她預約時間,或著可以ㄧ同治療,所以可以帶著Doubleㄧ同到醫生那呢?

If Dr. Chen decide to use internal fixation with bone plate and screws. We don't see the necessity of splint. However, light bandage for a few days to protect the surgical area may be needed. Skin condition can be treated at the same time if the vet use the medicine carefully.
