HI Dr. Lee, I have a 4 months Gloden puppy, I find that her haunch swing so much when she walk slowly, I do not know it is CHD or not, I also heard from her whisperer that she maybe have this problem, I am afraid of that. I just want to ask you can she take the X-ray or any CHD exam for examine that her really got CHD ?, Would you give any suggestion to me? Thanks very much.

Hi Dr. Wang. I am a visa student in Canada, U know it is very expensive to take x-ray here, including diagnosis fee, it cost about 300USD, so I make sure that the x-ray of the 4months' puppy can diagnose her got CHD or not. Thanks so much

If you find a right doctor, yes, we can predict the hip,s problem as early as 4 months old. You can go Penn hip's web site to find a vet who is certified.
