請問關節窩的問題...

Lulu在8/2已去照過X光,證實有CHD,而報告也回來了...(左腳92~94度,右腳

89度,做TPO成功機率僅60%)

她目前4個半月大,X光片顯示關節骨已脫離關節窩...

然而我們發現她的關節窩很淺,也知道因為這樣的緣故,動手術不容易成功...

因此想請問醫師,關節窩有可能隨年齡增長而變深嗎?

倘若關節窩日後沒有變深,是否因此換置人工關節也無法改變不能跑跳的命運呢?

There is a chance to improve the deep of acetabulum if you can prevent further abnormal pressure on the dorsal rim of this cup from now on, although it is not easy to reach very satisfactory result. There is no direct relationship between the deep of acetabulum and the success of THR. If we think your dog can perform THR, it means we can try to improve his exercise ability back to 90-95% of normal dog.
