dog sits & lays this way, any potential hips/joints problem?

Dog is 5 1/2 mths old, mixed breed by golden retreiver & chinese brown dog, male, hasn't desexed, around 25 lbs, long body with shorts legs, back legs are thinner & narrower than front legs.

He always sits (on one side) and lays with both back legs relaxing, can see he supports his body with front legs mostly. (sometimes, he can sit in frog position without any pain but doesn't last long) While playing, he can perform normal
-Haven't bended for X shape for back legs.
-Hasn't screamed for pain when walking, running or bending.
-Little swinging for hips while walking.

-Will there be any potential hips or joints problem at his stage now for his sitting and laying position pls?
-Will this position be a bad way for leading to CHD or CED pls?
-Or this is just due to the weakness of the muscle for back legs only?
-Any exceise will make them more supportive? What kind of pose will make CHD or CED more serious pls?

Sitting and laying positions of a young dog sometimes can indicate certain degree of extremeties problem but it is not really having problems if your dog's behaviors are different from other dogs. The walking and running status are more important for me to evaluate their hip, other joints and extremeties problems. I really need a complete examination which including thorough physical examination, standing/walking/running video, good x-ray to make an accurate diagnosis.
