拉不拉多左前腳的問題

醫師您好
我的狗拉拉五歲齡. 在2歲時和狗狗追逐後發生左前肢一跛一跛,但休息後很快復原.之後有一次在滑的瓷磚上為追球扭到叫了一聲. 左前肢就縮起來,但很快也自己恢復.自那次後我們再也不讓他和其它狗追逐跑跳. 並不在滑的地板玩.但有時候他從沙發急著跳下, 又會發生左前肢傷到,不敢施力.但很快又會自行復原.

我們去給兩家醫師看,都說不是骨折. 可能是韌帶方面. (X光無法判斷). 只能以給止痛藥.

自2歲後至今5歲,他發生左前肢痛的情況是不多. (發生的情況多是突然快速跑又緊急停下時)
但今早他睡醒左前肢又會痛的樣子, 不敢用左前肢行走. 他也不尿尿散步了.
而且持續了好幾個小時才自行復原, 我想了解是這樣的問題可以被治療嗎?
或只能保養而已, X光看得出問題所在嗎?

PS:我的狗在2歲多做過檢查有Elbow 和Hip發育不全和退化性關節炎.
體重控制在27kg, 自2歲服用cosquin至今. 後腳從沒問題, 就是左前肢這個問題.
我們一直認為這是另一個骨頭問題, 只是台灣醫師也無法判斷到底怎麼了.

I agreed what you said that there is some thing wrong on the bones(for 3 years period). We should see some bone changes(2nd degenerative changes) if it keeps happening. I need exam. by myself or/and with good views of x-ray to do the diagnosis. Please find a good hospital can perform the good x-ray first. Maybe I can help once you have these x-ray and post them here.

We currently live in Vancouver. My vet only can do the simple check-up. I don't even know which hospital I should go. In my experience here, I haven't found a real professional doc.

I don't know any veterinarian in great Vancouver area. You can try to call the Veterinary association(from phone book or phone company directory/assistting line) to ask them to recommend you some orthopedic veterinarians in your area.
