請教醫師，我家寶寶是CHD（附X光片、狗狗照片）

我家狗狗４個半月被查出CHD，

性別：雌性
體重：17Kg
發病經過：大概3個多月時走路的姿勢開始變形，但當時沒有經驗，未能及時發現，直到4個半月時才去檢查，發現是CHD。
臨床症狀：走路和站立姿勢為後腿緊閉，靠在一起，腳掌為外八字。不愛運動，起身和坐下都比較緩慢。（下面有附圖，因X光片是在窗戶處拍攝的，所以不是很清晰）

我們當地醫師讓打針、輸液、吃藥：
打針：連續３天，主要是消炎鎮痛作用。
輸液：輸了２天，輸的是液體蓋。
吃藥：維克健骨樂　１天１片

因大陸這邊做CHD手術還不成熟，所以只能採取保守治療，目前情況如下：
限制狗狗的行動，不讓它跑跳，以前把狗狗帶出去跑，見它跑得跟兔子跳似的，覺得很可愛，哪知道是害了它，後悔啊，嗚~~嗚~~。
每天出去散佈１５分鐘，家裏鋪設一些軟墊。
每天1片健骨樂，因考慮健骨樂葡萄糖胺含量低，所以也喂服少量補葡萄糖胺的營養品。
我們這邊沒有專供狗狗游泳的地方

很高興能找到CHD狗友會，大陸這邊就沒有，希望能幫幫我：
1、請問根據X光片，我家狗狗情況嚴重嗎？
2、目前我家狗狗４個半月，主要餵食一些大品牌的乾糧，有時也自己做點東西給它吃，請問還需要補蓋粉嗎？
3、上面提到的保守療法有什麼錯誤或該補充的嗎？
4、SYNOQUIN及COSEQUIN在大陸買不到，有種M&C關節生的藥大陸可以買到，請問效果如何

The dog has severe CHD. If the position of the film is correct. Right hip could become dislocated in near future. Don,'t give her extra calcium supplement if you already used commercial dog food. Keep the right body weight and raise her with the correct way. You should be able o find a lot of useful information on this website.

請問王醫師：狗狗走路不會跛腳，但是嚴重的外八字，這種走路的姿勢能校正嗎？該如何校正？

If the deforming is related to the hip problem, you have to take care the hip problem first.
Sorry I didn't examine your dog and the x-ray didn't cover all the extremities, so I can't give you more detail suggestion.
You need to find a doctor is good on orthopedic problem to examine your dog first. Once you have more detail and accurate medical informmation for me, I may have better idea to help you.
