哈士奇後腳無力站起

醫生~請問一下我家的哈士奇大概30天左右,但他的後腳無力站起,我有帶去給獸醫看他就用了一條紗布把他的2之後腳綁著,讓他2之後腳的力量能夠集中,他有拿礦物質還是啥的藥給他吃,說在過幾天就可以站了,我想請問他這樣是正常嗎?還是他的後腳有髖關節的遺傳症狀
