是中暑嗎？

我大致說一下經過情形
大頭的資本資料:母黃金獵犬...年紀:3歲多....體重:27.7公斤(住院第一天量的)
8/17 下午四點多，我帶著三隻狗狗出門騎自行車溜狗，約有15~20分
因為大頭平常的喘氣聲就很大~所以並不覺得有何異常，也有休息喝水..
之後5點多~就軟腳走不穩了....朋友說可能中暑了
所以讓大頭再陰涼處休息並用冷水幫她擦了身體與腳幫她降溫...
可是那時大頭就一直處於躺著的階段...我們想會不會是太累了
所以就一直讓他處於這個休息狀態
之後六點多~她第一次吐了(剛開始吐的是一點點白白的口水泡..之後就是一攤白白,綠綠和食物的顏色吧)
約一個小時要回家也沒辦法走了~
回到家後馬上開了冷氣給她吹~也用冷水幫她擦身體跟腳
之後在家沒進食也沒喝水....
晚上9~11期間..又吐又拉的
11:20左右她又吐了...是暗紅色的，之後才睡了

8/18早上6點~她可以自已走路到樓上上廁所...
可是一喝水又吐血還拉肚子 ~ 是拉血
等到早上9點帶去看醫生~做了肛溫=38度
也抽血檢查~

8/18 抽血檢查報告(在吊點滴之前) 刮弧內顯示為標準範圍

8/19 ~早上去接大頭前醫生又跟我說大頭早上又拉一次血便
因為朋友幫我找了台北的某醫院，希望我可以帶去檢查
所以我帶著正在打點滴的大頭也帶了新竹醫院的報告等資料，去了台北~醫生因為她正在打點滴，抽血檢驗的數據可能會受到引響
所以幫我做了心電圖~正常。醫生看了我帶去的資料、及我事情的描述也排除了中老鼠藥的可能~也認同新竹醫生目前的判斷
僅要求加強藥的計量之後回到新竹的醫院....
在台北醫院又再一次血便...可是今天都沒吐...
晚上6點多~醫院打電話來....說大頭發燒沒退，要再抽血檢查
住院以來大頭就一直在吊點滴...可是在車上好像因為點滴瓶位置不夠高....藥水都沒滴進去大頭身體也

8/19抽血報告(此時抽血報告仍舊再施打點滴)

I do not think there is any thing wrong on the doctor's treatment. I can't examine the dog by myself, so it is so difficult for me to help on this situation. The signs can be the post-heat stroke related problem-likes kidney and liver damage. Supportive treatment is the only way to help at this moment. Indeed, I did see the improvement after fluid treatment from second blood tests.
I don't think there is any step wrong for the first doctor. He did perform pre-treatment blood tests(as shown on the information you sent over and your description). Sometimes, for emergency condition, we start treatment first to save the life. Blood test can be performed after the condition is better. Indeed the owner should send the dog to the hospital at the same night once they found the dog was vomiting/diarrhea with such weak condition.

If the fever is induced by post-heat stroke body damage, only increasing the fluid therapy to maintain the condition. You can recommend your doctor give one high dose of steriod(30-60 mg) to stabilize the body condition at the same time. If the dog's cardiovascular system is still in normal condition, your dog can accept 120-150(highest) ml of fluid supplement every hour. I recommend the dog should keep on fulid 24 hours/day for a few days.Prognosis ater heat stroke is so unpredictable because we never know how severe(much) the damage from heat stroke was. It always takes a few days before the dog starting to get better if the damage from heat stroke is reversible.
