結紮能使分泌物減少嗎?

之前的狗狗的雞雞都會滴"黃綠色的膿", 我帶他去看了醫生, 結果他幫狗兒打了兩針消炎的, 然後又開藥, 說是包皮發炎, 教我必須用衛生紙幫狗狗的雞雞擦乾淨! 這是正確的觀念嗎? 結紮可以使這種狀況減少嗎?

It is possible but I am not that sure there is strong relationship between castration and infection of prepuce area. The infection of prepuce is due to enviroment .If your dog always stay in a poor enviroment area and he also gets erect all the time, then the chance of infection will increase. The only explanation for less infection on castrated dog is he won't get erect(when male dog becomes excited, the penis will be out of preuce and contact the outside enviroment) as much as non-castrated dog, so the chance of infection can be reduced. By the way, sometimes the infection can come from a female dog(you know what I mean, right?)

的確是有可能，不過我不太確定結紮和包皮發炎是否真有這麼強烈關係。包皮感染的原因主要是環境，如果你們家狗狗所處的環境不好，而且經常勃起，感染的機率就會增加。唯一可以解釋狗狗結紮後包皮較不易發炎的原因，就是他不像未結紮狗狗那麼容易勃起(公狗勃起時，陰莖會伸出包皮外，接觸到外在環境)，感染的機率自然降低。此外，有時候感染也可能來自母狗(你知道我的意思吧...)
