關於疥癬

請問醫生 我家古代牧羊犬(約六個月 公 20KG)被醫生診斷有疥癬
他很癢 一直抓 抓到自己都破皮 本來以為是濕疹
帶去看醫生 一直好不了 換了一家醫院才說是疥癬
請問 疥癬是不是很難醫治呢???
另外 醫生跟我說牧羊犬對一般治疥癬的藥劑會有致死的可能(ivermectin跟Overmectin的關係吧)
所以跟我說要用"瑞輝寵愛"的滴劑 加上一些另外開的藥物控制
請問一下除了藥物控制和環境消毒加上剃毛之外
可以洗硫磺浴嗎??還有什麼我可以做的呢? 謝謝

Yes you can use lyme sulfur to take care of scabies infection. Indeed you can tell your doctorthat it is OK to use ivermectin on Old English sheepdog. Ivermectin is contraindicate to use on Collie and Collie-crossed breeds because they are allergic to this medicine. I believe lots of doctors and people are confused by the Chinese translation "Sheepdog".
